My passion for rehabilitation, human movement, and anatomy began at a young age. I pursued this passion by studying Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University before continuing my education in Manual Osteopathy at the National Academy of Osteopathy. Since 2020, I have been practicing as a Manual Osteopath, helping patients recover from pain, restore movement, and improve their overall quality of life.
In 2024, I graduated from the International Academy of Massage and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Combining my backgrounds in massage therapy, osteopathy, and personal training allows me to provide evidence-informed, individualized treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
I specialize in: ● Deep Tissue Massage ● Sports Massage ● TMJ (Jaw) Therapy ● Intraoral TMJ Treatment ● Active Release Techniques (ART) ● Myofascial Release ● Cupping Therapy ● Gua Sha ● Injury Rehabilitation ● Mobility and Movement Therapy
My approach to treatment is holistic and patient-centered. Rather than focusing solely on the area of pain, I assess how the entire body moves and functions to identify the underlying cause of the problem. This allows me to create effective treatment plans that not only relieve symptoms but also help prevent future injuries.
During each session, my goal is to educate you about your condition, explain why you’re experiencing pain, and work with you to develop a personalized recovery plan. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, dealing with muscle tension, or looking to improve your performance, I strive to provide hands-on care that helps you move and feel your best.
Outside of the clinic, I’m passionate about staying active. I enjoy watching basketball, football, and soccer, and spending time playing basketball, volleyball, and other recreational sports with friends.
