Cancellations

Due to higher than normal no shows and last minute cancellations we will be charging the full treatment fee for any missed appointments or cancellations that are made within the 24 hr policy.

Cancelling Appointments

We have a 24 hr policy for cancellations. You can manage your appointments through your Jane account. This time will give us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who is on our waiting list. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment.

Note: We recognize that there are certain circumstances that are beyond our clients control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and therefore, your therapist may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions.

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We do not double book appointments and we try our best to be ready for you upon arrival. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that massage therapists only receive payment when they deliver a service. Therefore, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from catering to other clients in need of treatment. 

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
